Seat & Social is a unique event venue rooted in the historic courthouse square of Marksville, Louisiana. Founded when Caleb and Shanna Couvillon acquired the landmark buildings in 2022, the venue draws on rich local heritage and community energy.

The name “Seat” refers to Marksville’s role as the government seat of Avoyelles Parish, while “Social” captures the spirited gathering place legacy of the square.
